We dispatch orders across Pakistan from our shop in Muradpur, Sialkot.

Delivery times

Orders are normally dispatched within one working day of confirmation. Delivery typically takes a further 2–4 working days depending on your city. Remote areas can take longer.

Charges

Delivery charges depend on the weight and destination — cages in particular are bulky and priced accordingly. Call 0333 8721125 for a quote before ordering.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available. Call to arrange any other payment method.

Damaged or missing items

Check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged in transit or missing, contact us on 0333 8721125 within 48 hours of delivery, keeping the packaging, so we can resolve it with the courier.

Live birds

We do not ship live birds. Availability changes constantly — please call and visit the shop in person.
