These terms apply when you order from Hani Bird Shop.

Prices and stock

Prices and availability change frequently, particularly on imported goods where exchange rates move. The price confirmed when your order is accepted is the price that applies. If an item is out of stock after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

Images are for illustration. Packaging and product appearance can change between batches without notice.

Advice

Any guidance we give — on diet, dosage, cage sizing or breeding — is offered in good faith from experience keeping and supplying birds. It is not veterinary advice. For a sick bird, consult an avian vet. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions on medicines and supplements, and dose by the bird’s species and weight.

Use of products

You are responsible for using products as directed. We cannot accept liability for outcomes arising from incorrect dosing, unsuitable use, or use contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
